A flexible full-time employment opportunity is available in Serbia across cities including Belgrade, Niš, Kragujevac, and others. The position is open to men, women, and married couples up to 55 years of age. Candidates will work 5 to 6 days per week, with daily shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours depending on the contract. Overtime is available. The net hourly wage starts at €4.10, with performance-based bonuses offered. Work is conducted in greenhouse environments, and responsibilities include harvesting cherry tomatoes, packing them into 0.5 kg containers, and sorting them into larger boxes for palletized transport.
Free accommodation is provided in modern hostels located within walking distance of the workplace. Rooms are shared by 2–4 people, with separate rooms available for married couples. Facilities include hot water, toilet and shower, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and internet. Nearby amenities include shops, pharmacies, and a cinema. A free lunch is provided daily. Women are not required to lift boxes heavier than 1 kg.
Applicants must hold valid visas issued based on company documentation. Upon arrival, employees receive an advance payment on the 25th of each month, with full salary paid by the 10th via bank transfer. The role includes 26 paid days off annually. Employment is open to all nationalities, and a communicative level of English is required.
