Weekday shifts are scheduled during the day, while weekend shifts are exclusively at night. Overtime is available. The net salary starts from €2.80 per hour, with additional bonuses offered for meeting performance targets. Free accommodation is provided, with 2–4 people per room depending on company size, and separate rooms for married couples. Applicants must hold valid visas issued based on company documentation. Upon arrival, a free medical check-up is mandatory, followed by a 1–2 week training period before starting work. Employees are entitled to 24 paid days off annually, with one additional day added each year. Salaries are paid monthly by the 10th, directly to a bank account.
Job responsibilities include packing products for online stores, order picking, working with scanners, inspecting items for defects, sorting goods, and labeling products. A communicative level of English is required, and employment is open to all nationalities. Candidates must have good eyesight and no harmful habits.
